How does the journey look like once you've found a match?
Commitment and Schedule
The XPLORE Venture Creator Program is an intensive and rewarding experience, requiring a commitment of 15-20 hours per week. This includes:
9 hours of live training sessions with top-tier experts and coaches.
2-3 hours of preparatory work to ensure you're ready for each session.
1:1 coaching and team follow-ups to provide personalized guidance.
Our well-structured schedule ensures that you can balance your participation with your studies, work, and personal life. Most sessions are held online in the late afternoon, making it convenient for you to attend.
Program Participation
- Pre-Bootcamp Phase: Team members can rotate attendance as needed, ensuring that all information is aligned and shared among the team.
- Bootcamp Phase: Full participation from all team members is required. This is the core phase where we delve deep into advancing your venture with the support of experts and coaches.
- Validation Phase: Continued team rotation is possible, maintaining team coherence.
This program is designed for dedicated and committed teams ready to embrace the exchange with experienced founders and experts. Please ensure you are prepared to meet the time commitment to gain the most from the program.

If there is no start-up to match, your venture creator journey ends for now, and you'll need to apply for another batch.

Our application process is designed to give you the best opportunity to match with a start-up.
Use this as a chance to self-assess and establish a baseline of what value you can bring to a start-up.
What do we need?
1. Introductory Video
Sell yourself and tell us what added value you and your personality can bring to a start-up Team! We love to hear it!
2. The Application Form
Before starting your application, review the entire form. Gather all necessary information. Once you start the application there is no option to save your progress.
We recommend: Draft your responses to the open-text questions in a separate document. This allows you to iterate, refine, and ensure your answers are comprehensive. Once ready, you can easily copy and paste them into the application form.
No Save Progress: You cannot save your progress, so make sure to gather all necessary information before starting the form.
Submission: Ensure your application is complete and submitted before the deadline.
